Owing to the development of gauge backing with better compliance, the number of repetitions in thermal cycling tests and creep characteristics have been significantly improved compared to conventional strain gauges (Tokyo Measuring Instruments Laboratory comparison). Optional (-F) lead-free solder specifications are also available.
